We have endeavored, despite our CEO’s hard work, to make these documents readable and understandable. Please remember that if you lie on your profile or abuse other CCOMMS users or our staff, we have the right to terminate your service without compensation.

CORPORATE AUTHORISATIONS
You should also know that Corporate Staff and Officers have limited signatory powers. Ensure that your contract is valid by checking the Corporate Authorisation powers (see below). If a contract with CCOMMS does not match the powers set out in the Corporate Authorisation Powers, the contract may not be able to enforced against the company to the extent that the claim exceeds the autorisation level stated for the signatories.
